Ken DeLong hat einen schönen Beitrag geschrieben, was es heißt, wenn ein Feature wirklich fertig entwickelt ist:

This means code written, tests written, performance and load tested, QA’d, db schema signed off by the DBA, and functionality OK’d by the business. In other words, done, in the sense of “no work left to do.” Ready to roll out.

Dazu versuche ich alle meine Kunden zu bewegen. Plus Dokumentation, selbstverständlich!
